Qorvo is undertaking a Business Transformation to better position the company for continued growth and increased productivity. The transformation effort will include business led ERP, analytics, and planning implementations that will touch all parts of the organization. We are seeking an experienced change management professional to provide hands-on expertise and leadership for communications and training.


  • This senior manager, change management position reports to the VP, Business Transformation, and leads the overall change management approach including communications and training
  • This role will directly create corporate and program level communications, and will lead a broader network of functional change leaders who will cascade and customize the communications for their teams
  • This role is responsible for the overall training approach. Training materials will be created by our leading third party systems integrator and are expected to be delivered to end users by a super user network using a train the trainer approach
  • Candidates should bring extensive experience with cross-functional global scale ERP implementations and professional expertise in leading large program change management with more than 10 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities


  • Lead the overall Change Management strategy and execution for the overall Business Transformation, and serve as a cross-functional change agent across the organization
  • Drive communications and training effectiveness
  • Develop a comprehensive change management plan which identifies and manages key change impacts
  • Establish and deliver against an editorial calendar of multi-channel communications to develop awareness and support with all stakeholders
  • Lead the training approach and network to train all end users
  • Measure the success of the change management program and adjust as needed

Qualifications


  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Finance or a related discipline or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Proven track record and professional experience in leading successful large scale change for digital transformation projects
  • Strong project management skills
  • Understand core business processes and associated technical solutions
  • Have an innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward
  • Proven influencing and collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels, ranging from executive team members to technical specialists
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of methodologies and trends in large program management, business and IT
  • Experience using program management software and leading team members to join in the same
  • Excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple parallel projects under strict timelines, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives
  • Experience leading large programs with a significant third party resource base
  • High level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and show an appropriate level of judgment and maturity
  • High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with little supervision while being resilient to change
  • Semiconductor industry experience is preferred
  • Supply chain or finance business process depth is preferred
  • Change management certification is preferred
